The conformity mark - indicates that the products marked with it have passed all the procedures for assessing (confirming) conformity established in the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs Union), the technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus and comply with the requirements of all technical regulations applicable to these products Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs Union).

 

Marking with the sign of conformity is carried out before the release of products into circulation on the market of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Republic of Belarus.

Dimensions of conformity mark ( EAC and TP BY ) determines the manufacturer, the person authorized by the manufacturer, the importer (supplier) who has received the right to use it.

 

The basic size of the mark of conformity must be at least 5 mm .

 

The dimensions of the sign of conformity must guarantee the clarity of its elements and their visibility with the naked eye against the general color background of the object.

Compliance mark image color ( EAC and TP BY ) is determined by the manufacturer, while the image of the mark of conformity must be one-color and contrast with the color of the surface on which it is applied

The sign of conformity must be fulfilled by any method that provides a clear and clear image of it during the entire service life (shelf life, storage) of the product.

 

Manufacturers, persons authorized by the manufacturer, importers (suppliers) of products have the right to label them with a single sign of circulation, if the products have passed all the conformity assessment procedures established by the relevant technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union, the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus.

 Place of application of the mark of conformity for the mark EAC 

The mark of conformity is applied for each unit of product, packaging or accompanying documentation.

 

The place of application of the conformity mark on products, containers (packaging) and documentation is established in the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulation of the Customs Union).

 

The sign of conformity is applied for each unit of low-voltage equipment in any way that provides a clear and clear image during the entire service life of low-voltage equipment, and is also provided in the accompanying operational documents.

It is allowed to apply a single product circulation mark on the market of the member states of the Customs Union only on the packaging and in the accompanying operational documents, if it is impossible to apply it directly to low-voltage equipment.

 Place of application of the mark of conformity for the mark TPBY 

The conformity mark is applied directly on the product near the information about the manufacturer, as a rule, on its non-removable part, and is also given in the operational documents attached to it.

 

It is allowed to apply the conformity mark on the smallest consumer packaging (container) and indicate in the operational documents attached to the product if it is impossible to apply it directly to the product (if the size of the product or its type does not allow applying the conformity mark).

 

In the absence of packaging for such products, the conformity mark is given in the operational documents attached to it.

 

Operating documents are executed in the state languages of the Republic of Belarus (Belarusian and (or) Russian) on paper and (or) electronic media.

 Image of the sign of conformity (EAC) 

The image of the sign of compliance with the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union is a combination of three stylized letters " E ", " A " and " C ", graphically executed using right angles, has the same height and width, is the exact proportions of a square on a light (Figure 1) or on a contrasting background (Figure 2).

 

EAC stands for Eurasian Compliance ( Eurasian conformity ).

 

The basic size of the mark of conformity must be at least 5 mm.

Image of the sign of compliance with the Technical Regulations of the Republic of Belarus

(Figure 3) is a combination of the letters “ T ” and “ P ”, placed in a frame with rounded corners, interrupted by the symbol “ BY ”, and has an image on the scale grid (Figure 4):

The dimensions of the sign of conformity are determined by choosing the base size H , based on the step of the auxiliary scale lines a .

 

The minimum value of the base dimension H is 5 mm.

 

The increase in the size of the graphic image of the compliance mark should be proportional to the base size H .
