93. When certifying mass-produced products according to the 1c, 5c, 7c product certification schemes, the ability of production to consistently produce products that meet the technical requirements confirmed during certification is evaluated when analyzing the state of production.
94. The production status analysis is carried out by the certification body's assessment team. If the applicant submits a report on an earlier analysis of the state of production to the certification body for certification of products to the technical requirements of energy efficiency, the certification body may not analyze the state of production if the following cumulative conditions are met:

Safety” (TR 2018/024/BY).
The changes will come into force on February 16, 2024, until this date, when confirming compliance, the requirements of the old version of the technical regulation should be taken into account.

The suspension period is until a special decision is made by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. Confirmation of compliance with energy efficiency requirements from this moment is not mandatory and can be carried out in the form of voluntary certification at the discretion of the manufacturer.
