Representation of interests of foreign manufacturers on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, Eurasian Union (EAEU), in terms of conformity confirmation

The PROMERY LTD provides services for the representation of manufacturers in terms of conformity assessment on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)

PROMERY Ltd. renders services on performance of functions of the foreign manufacturer (national representative of the manufacturer) on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (ЕАEU) in part of conformity assurance of delivered production, including:

 

 

• testing of products in accredited testing laboratories of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU);

 

 

• confirmation of compliance of the products with the requirements of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), international and national (state) standards;

 

 

• representation of the manufacturer's interests in all matters related to compliance of the products with the regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union;

 

 

• negotiating, providing and signing documents required by government and other authorities of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU);

 

 

• making payments related to actions trusted by the manufacturer;

 

 

• carrying out all necessary actions, including providing technical and design documentation, submitting applications for obtaining certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, letters and explanations, submitting and receiving declarations of conformity, as well as accepting certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, submitting applications for their registration, making copies of certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity and being a holder of certificates and declarations of conformity in the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAC);

 

 

• notification of certification bodies about changes made to the technical documentation or technological processes for the production of certified products;

 

 

• informing the manufacturer about the identified inconsistencies of the products released into circulation with the requirements of Technical Normative Legal Acts (TNLA) of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU);

 

 

• appeal to the accreditation bodies with complaints about illegal actions of certification bodies and accredited testing laboratories (centers) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU);

 

 

• providing the necessary legal assistance to the manufacturer in terms of confirming compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU);

 

 

• providing the manufacturer with information about changes in the requirements of the technical regulation system of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), governing documents, laws, agreements, etc.;

 

 

• conducting legal consultations for the manufacturer in terms of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and other types of work in agreement with the manufacturer.
