- organization and execution of works on certification and declaration of products (representation of the customer's interests before legal entities engaged in certification and declaration of products, negotiating, signing relevant contracts, filing applications for registration of declarations of conformity, other documents, submission of additional documents to authorized bodies);

informing about changes in the rules and procedures of certification and declaration, requirements of standards;
analysis and technical expertise of documentation in order to determine the need and form of confirmation of the conformity

Please note that our company does not require prepayment for the performance of work in terms of conformity assessment, payment is made upon completion of work.
For our regular customers, work in terms of consulting on the requirements of standards, technical regulations and other regulatory and technical documents is provided free of charge.
Our employees have the highest qualifications and more than 10 years of experience in the system of conformity assessment, development of standards, technical requirements, quality management systems, etc.
ORDER
FOR PERFORMANCE OF WORKS/PROVISION OF SERVICES
is carried out as follows and in the following sequence:
- The Customer sends the Contractor (OOO PROMERI) a completed application form (download);
- The Contractor processes the application and sends the Customer a price offer, which specifies the terms, terms and cost of work on the Customer's application;
- After agreeing on the price offer, the Contractor sends the Customer a contract for the performance of work/provision of services; if necessary, the Customer is sent additional documents stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and/or the EAEU (in case of payment for work via the bePaid Internet payment system, the Customer agrees to use the Offer Agreement).
The terms of order fulfillment, payment for work and receipt of work results are described in the Offer
Agreement or in the Agreement - sent to the Customer by e-mail:
- in case of payment for work via the bePaid Internet payment system, the Offer Agreement has priority;
- in case of payment for the works by bank transfer of funds to the Contractor's bank account, the Agreement sent to the Customer by e-mail has priority.
